360 K2dialed Fit System™
An evolution of the K2dialed Fit System™, the new 360 K2dialed Fit System™ delivers unparalleled customization. A web design that is integrated into the textile liner provides maximum comfort and a secure fit. Thanks to more evenly distributed pressure, the all-new 360 K2dialed Fit System™ eliminates unwanted pressure points regardless of your head shape.

Level 3 Baseline Audio

Level 3 Baseline Audio
The K2 Level 3 Baseline Audio system seamlessly connects you with your cell phone or media player. The audio system comes pre-installed in Baseline Audio Earpads. The speaker housing creates a minimal, low-profile stowage so you won’t notice the speakers unless the music is playing. If you would rather ride without the speakers installed, they can be easily removed from the earpads. With a detachable cord and an all-new on-cord audio controller for initiating on-the-go pause/play and answer/hang-up functions, your media device is literally at your fingertips.

Hybrid

Hybrid
This unique construction features the best of both In-Mold and Hard-Shell constructions. The primary In-Mold construction makes the helmet incredibly light, while the secondary Hard-Shell upper allows for more advanced Active Matrix Venting™ and increased durability.

Active Matrix Venting™

Active Matrix Venting™
Active Matrix Venting allows you to regulate the airflow of the helmet vent system with the touch of your finger. Controlling large vents with minimal effort results in superior style and function that can be adjusted on the fly. Climate control with the flip of a switch.

Full-Wrap Liner

Full-Wrap Liner
This full-coverage, washable liner snugly cradles your head, creating the unmatched fit of a K2 helmet. The liner features a crown mesh that wicks moisture and breathes to prevent overheating. The Full-Wrap Liner System is seamlessly integrated with both our standard and 360 K2dialed™ Fit Systems and K2 Baseline Audio, creating the ultimate user experience. There are no gaps, which means a better fit and improved comfort.

This helmet is the most comfortable of any I have ever worn. It is lightweight, fits great, and the built-in headphones sound really nice. Looks good too as it isn't too big. Have recommended this helmet to a lot of people and they love it too!

      Cons

      • Audio quality

      Best Uses

        Comments about K2 Skis Diversion:

This is a very comfortable helmet. The ear pads are covered in a soft material and the vent system helps keep you cool on warmer days but surprisingly warm when the temperature drops. The dialed fit system also allows you to fine tune the fit to ensure safety and comfort. My only complaint is the audio quality is a little lacking in volume and bass punch. I have also had the speakers come out of their housing a few times (a simple fix but still annoying). I'm proud to be representing K2 while jamming out in style!

          Comments about K2 Skis Diversion:

I am a ski instructor from New Hampshire. I love this helmet's low profile and fit. It is very comfortable and warm. Great liner adjustment. Good quality ear pad speakers. The only reason I rated it a 4 star is that liner is very warm and it is too hot for spring conditions. Great product

I haven't rang my bell yet but it looks good and feels good and sounds good. If sound quality is really important then you don't listen to mp3's while you ski.

              Comments about K2 Skis Diversion:

I wore this helmet throughout the 2011-12 ski season. It's EASY to custom fit and fits so well, I often forget to buckle the chin strap! Unlike most light weight helmets, the venting system is great. Close 'em and you're warm on the coldest of days, open 'em up and let the cool air flow. I ski about 50 days per year and would buy this helmet again. I don't use the integrated audio system, so I can't comment on that, but this is a great bucket, one of the best I've ever worn!

                Comments about K2 Skis Diversion:

The Diversion Helmet is the ultimate step up for someone looking to upgrade a standard or entry-level helmet, or for someone who has been boarding for a while and interested in moving to more aggressive park play.

I've been boarding for 10 Years without a helmet, but as I've been getting more and more into jumps, rails, and pipes I figured it was time for a helmet.

Not only does the diversion fit great, it's extremely comfortable, doesn't roam on your head, and holds goggles firmly in place without squeezing them against your face or cutting of peripheral vision (a problem I had trying on Standard priced helmets.

The included speakers are nice, but they are far from impressive if you are an Audiophile. Personally, I like them because they are strong enough to produce noticeable bass and clear tone separation, but far enough from the ear and semi-muffled so you can still hear other skiiers/snowboarders in your direct vicinity.

Hardest part about the Diversion is the price, it was a tough investment considering I've been fine without one for so long. However, the added confidence going into a trick knowing my head is safe helps me pull of some even crazier moves than I did before, and that alone is well worth the price of admission.
