In-Mold
In-Mold is the premium construction for ultra-lightweight performance helmets and is characterized by an EPS liner that is bonded to a lightweight poly-carbonate (PC) shell utilizing a distinct molding process. Unlike Hard-Shell construction, the lightweight EPS inner layer of the helmet is fused directly to the thin PC shell during molding. The result is a super light and protective envelope with minimal weight. -
Goggle-Compatibility
K2 Helmets' universal brim designs work in partnership with the helmet-driven topline design and custom engineered strap brackets of our goggle frames, to achieve maximum helmet/goggle fit and compatibility.
