This bag easily fits two skis, two pairs of ski boots (even mine and I have size US14 feet), poles and there is still room in the bag for more gear.
The skis are separated by padding, I have yet to see if there is enough through use.
A minor point but there are only two small compression straps per ski pair. I wonder how long these will hold?

I still like the bag, well made, but beware, the picture and the description is wrong. It does not have a Shoulder Strap. Got mine and called REI. They said they checked every one in the warehouse by hand - no shoulder strap. I still like it though

The K2 All-Ski Roller is the ultimate padded rolling travel piece and is designed to carry two pair of skis, boots and your other ski gear. Made durable with an additional bombproof 1000D Nylon skid plate in high abrasion areas, the All-Ski also features an adjustable bag length system that allows you to expand the bag from 175cm all the way to 195cm depending on what skis you decide to pack for your trip. The internal ski compartment comes with a padded ski divider, internal compression straps, and is lined with a PE Tarpauline for durability and water resistance. The bag has external organization pockets and a convenient removable shoulder strap for when you are not rolling the bag around.
