All-Terrain Profile

Triaxial Braid

Triaxial Braid
The patented Triaxial Braiding machine interlocks strands of fiberglass around a milled core, resulting in great torsional strength while retaining the lively flex patterns inherent in a wood core ski.

Bioflex Cores

Bioflex Cores
All of K2’s women’s skis use cores that feature a combination of Aspen, Paulownia, and Bamboo. BioFlex cores are comprised of strong Aspen wood underfoot, which is fused with lightweight Paulownia in the tip and tail using a specific interlocking pattern that reduces swing-weight and provides a smooth-flexing ski. For 2013/14, K2 continues to apply this technology through one of the following three variations of BioFlex, each specifically tuned to target different performance goals: Bioflex 3 – 80% Aspen/20% Paulownia – Increased performance, strength, and durability Bioflex 2 – 70% Aspen/30% Paulownia – reduced swing-weight with added performance Bioflex 1 – 60% Aspen/40% Paulownia – Added forgiveness with the lightest swing-weight

ABSorb TwinTech Sidewall

ABSorb TwinTech Sidewall
This construction sandwiches a urethane layer in between ABS for shock ABSorption, lessening the impact of harsh landings. Urethane is used underfoot to maximize the dampening, but ABS is used toward the tip and tail to maximize performance and edge control.

Swap Base

Swap Base
The bases of these skis can come in two different color ways, depending of how the colors are swapped on the base. This gives two looks to the same ski, and ensures you are not rocking the exact same pair as your buddy who just picked up the same pair of skis.

      Comments about K2 Skis MissDemeanor:

Missdemeanor's are you're all you need skis. It's been dumping all night and you're more anxious to get to the mounatin than a five year old waiting for Christmas morning. You get to the highest peak of the resort and you drop into a fully untouched run, at this point any ski is great. You're pumped the 90 underfoot was wide enough for open spaces and thin enough to zip through some trees without hassel. Next run, that's a different story, the cruddies build up; but no worries, the Missdemeanor is strong enough to just rip through all the chunder. After a few top to bottom runs, the sun is shinning, spirits are high and you want to go to the park to stomp some 360's and hit rails. Once again, not a problem. The Missdemeanor has great pop and easy to bring around for any rotation. For rails they're light and super stable. Once you're done in the park you take a cool down run on a groomer to end the day. With great sidecut and stability, your turns confuse people thinking you're a racer:)

I've had a number of these days, and have never been dissapointed with the performance of my Missdemeanor's! They're one of the best all around skis you can find!

        Comments about K2 Skis MissDemeanor:

Ohhh baby! I didn't expect such performance from my MissDemeanors, but they perform better than my all-mountains do! Love riding them switch, super smooth through all sorts of terrain. Very durable beauty of a ski, so glad I invested in them.

Haven't hit a rail with them yet but a few smaller jumps and they swing great. Super steezy, get lots of compliments (and jealous looks) beacause of them ;)

          Comments about K2 Skis MissDemeanor:

Best skis I've ever ridden and handle anything I throw at them. Was a little skeptical at how they would handle powder being only 90 underfoot but they float as good as my powder skis without the heaviness of a wide ski. Bite great on ice, big confidence booster! Awesome in the park and for jibbing. Overall super fun ski! Smiles all day long when I'm riding these!
